You're really a worthless poster -- you know that, right?

You know nothing, contribute nothing of worth.

Just a big hunka dung on the scene sidewalk.

I should pay some other equally cruddy goon from this forum to stamp in you.

Don't want to get my nice shoes all ****ty.

I was really hoping to see more from Katsidis, but what we ended up with was kind of a mismatch. I think Katsidis yelled what he did at the instructions to try to psyche himself up. He seemed to have a lot more anxiety about this fight more than others. Guerrero really put him in his place with that jab. It was an excellent showcase of Guerrero's arsenal. The ref was obviously not doing his job. The first point deduction didn't bother me, but Kats deserved the knockdown earlier in the fight and the only time he seemed to be getting to Guerrero the ref interfered. I'm not a huge Guerrero fan, and I'm still only mildly interested in watching him fight. Katsidis however is still a must see fighter, but he has to make some serious choices if he wants to keep going. I don't think he has as much one punch power as his fans seem to believe he does. His success against tough competetion at lightweight has mostly been in the volume of punches he throws when he catches someone off balance with his winging shots. He would probably be a lot more effective as a junior lightweight.

I'm not convinced it was a clean KD, but Guerrero's glove hit the ground and the ref made no call on it. Not a push, a slip or a punch. He pretended like it didn't happen. That's not a great call. It's bad officiating.

I wouldn't exactly call Katsidis a bum! I think he knew he was in over his head and was just trying to psych himself up. Plus, you saying he shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence as Gatti is ridiculous. It wasn't like Gatti was an all time great or anything. Don't get me wrong, I love Gatti who was one of my favorite fighters. However, Katsidis is a tough SOB who may not win all his fights, bleeds all over the place and his face turns to ground beef during his wars but the guy never stops trying. Sounds kinda like Gatti to me. And let's be realistic, Gatti would have most likely lost to all three fighters that Katsidis didn't beat. He might have been able to beat Casamayor (if Ivan Robinson could beat Gatti, Casamayor probably could have as well) but JMM and Guerrero would have done a Michelangelo paint job on Gatti...

The low blows started after Katsidis was instructed by his trainer to go to the body and "forget about the head completely", something to that effect. Man I thought the balance was tilting in his direction. It was very effective and Guerrero seemed puzzled at that point. The next round, obviously encouraged, Katsidis went to the body again, but, unfortunately, Guerrero, anticipating the same tactic from his opponent, adjusted quickly.

How did Katsidis take all that punishment? Dude amazes me every time.
First time ever seeing Guerrero fight, and I think he's gonna be a problem. He's tall, has good range, a decent punch repertoire, good jab and plenty of pop in his punches.

I didn't see a war i saw a beatdown. I was in shock at how Katsidids was still standing after all those shots.
Guerrero suprised me too, i didn't know he was that good. After the first round I thought he would get Katsisdis out of there quickly. His punches are like laser, crazy accurate and he has good counter punching ability too. JMM Vs Guerrero Please.
