I believe Rios is the more naturally gifted fighter. But i feel his conditioning is relatively weak. Right now he's been gaining weight and Robert Garcia (his trainer) has been saying he doesn't want to do any roadwork in between fights.

Right now I give Guerrero a slight edge.

I hear what you are saying but I just don't think they are "elite" boxers. Acosta was doing well but he slacked off. Peterson, well....I think he was matched up softly for majority of his career. Rios is good, but I think that Guerrero has faced the tougher comp and Rios is a bit presumptuous and this could cost him.

People are talking real big about him but that also happens to a lot of guys before they truly step up in competition. Same thing with Lemieux, Jacobs, Ortiz, and Alexander. They were all the next thing until they stepped it up enough to face a level of comp that didn't cave in to them and then they themselves folded up.

Dude is no joke but i think he is being rode a bit hard in terms of being a proven commodity.
Well the division he fights in is pretty good and if you matched him with any of the tittle holders i would be hard pressed to pick againts him. And witha legend like marquez it would be understandable he lost but still that would not be a gimme that marquez would win.

Its a real interesting fight, I think Ghost is underrated....I hope no more after tonight.

It will be interesting to see whether Ghost could stay of the ropes and keep bam bam eating that jab in the middle of the right for enough rounds to win.

Yeah man people really underrate him but you could see he has a lot of skills since fana fight where he boxed a great fight like tonight. He and rios or the top of the class. And its an interesting fight bc guerrero nor rios have faved any one as big as each other and i think that has been there biggest advantage. Guerrero gets tagged alot but no one has been able to hurt him and it would be interesting to see how he takes bam bams shots. I see a shoot out

the winner will still get schooled by Marquez.
