While I'm all for complete, year round, random blood and urine testing, this is what I never understood about Floyd. If he was cleaning up the sport, he'd start with his own promotional company.

According to Floyd fans, Floyd just wants to clean up the sport.

I think this might be historical first. Good job Wapackers for degrading our sport
So I'm wondering why they aren't criticizing Mayweather promotions for not institutionalizing OST for their own fighters. I mean, after all, Floyd is trying to clean up the sport right?

It's clear that random blood testing is just mayweather's excuse not to fight pacquiao. .

It's a choice at this point, I'm sure if the fighter wanted it Floyd would be more than ok with making it happen.
Hey how do you think Manny would take it if one of his fighters asked if he could make it mandatory for his fights to be OST? Think he'd get shelved?

I bet that they would have no problem doing OST if an opponent requested it. They have nothing to hide unlike a certain other fighter that I won't name.
