Miguel Cotto's management turned down the Mayweather fight because they felt Cotto was too inexperienced.

As for Antonio Margarito. Who is he really? The guy who was revealed to be a fraud? The guy who was absolutely brutalized by Shane Mosley? The guy who was too slow for Shane Mosley? Do you realize that Mayweather is faster than Mosley? Mayeather did not duck Margarito to begin with. That is just something that Bob Arum wants people to believe. Mayweather sued Bob Arum. Arum has had a problem with Mayweather ever since. That's when he starting making rumors that Floyd is supposably afraid of fighters.

As for Manny Pacuqiao. As I remember. He was the one who pulled out of the fight as he made up ridiculous "the blood test make me weak" excuses.
