Prime Mayweather was definitely very entertaining and a beast in his best years, but not really ALL TIME IMO. Prime Oscar was just as entertaining and skilled, if not more.
For me I think the most entertaining/skilled boxer of all time in their absolute prime is Ricardo Lopez, Roy Jones, Sugar Ray Leonard, Pernell Whitaker, and Salvador Sanchez.
