I liked Gatti-Robinson 1 just as much as this fight. No rounds in that as great as round 9, but I thought it was more consistent throughout.

i feel u bro. the last 2 rounds of gatti-ward was crazy. rd 9 being the thriller and rd 10 was just the finale of a great war. i get chills when i hear larry say "this is how it has to end".

Im with ya. One of those fights that I watch several times a year. When a fight makes you shake your head and gives you goosebumps at the same time, you know its one hell of a fight. I remember watching it live with my dad back in the day. One of my favorite boxing memories.

thats whats up..... i watched that fight with my mom and my uncle and til this i day i get goosebumps during the 9th rd. its crazy. i didnt even root for one in particular and i was going crazy watching that ****.

Neither of them reeked of P4P greatness but they were ****in warriors. 2 of the baddest motha****ers on the planet and I'm glad they got to cement their own legacy in history by having 3 of the greatest fights EVER!

Gatti-Ward 1 is still in my mind no doubt the greatest fight of all time. You just can't top that. All heart and nuts man. Neither one of them have a biitch ass bone in their body. True motha****in soldiers of the cause...Cause of making damn good fights the people wanna see!
