i doubt it. floyd couldn't even pay the 3.4 million tax levied on him, how much more $20 million? ($10 mill/pound and floyd was overweight by 2 lbs)

it was to make sure floyd wouldn't cheat against a smaller guy like he did the last time.

It was a bluff. Why would Manny bring that up right in the middle of the testing issue if Manny wasn't going to agree on testing anyway. It was a pointless offer because either way Manny was going to refuse testing so since Manny had no intention of making the fight he just tried to make Floyd walk first, but it backed fired. If Manny would had include that from the begining like Floyd included testing then it would have been a different story. Get it.!!!
