Manny can't get diplomatic immunity just because he is a minor parliamentarian in a foreign country, it all depends on if he is in the US on an official diplomatic mission (which he never is or will be). He comes here on sport business, to fight, and not with a diplomatic purpose, hence his visa differs. It is not an A1 diplomatic visa, but a P1 athlete visa, which subjects him to the same criminal jurisdiction as any other visitor.Comment
