Vitali really needs an opponent soon to get ready for the Adamek fight in sept.

I highly doubt Vlad would take on Adamek after beating Haye

He doesnt really owe Solis a rematch but he should act like its the gift that it was. Cant hang your hat on that "KO".

Solis wasn't doing too bad until his knee gave out. No rematch seen in the horizon.

Gift... my ass.. go take a look at the Gif.. Vitali doesn't land the punch.. SOLIS makes it past the first, with EVERYTHING intact & it was ONLY a matter of time he'd counter his sorry lunges & smash him into the ground. YoU guys seem to think that by Solis lunging & missing by a MILE... he won't have to pay for it. He paid for his indiscretion with interest by losing his footwork & Vitali took advantage by blasting him down with a perfectly timed counter. Solis's entire ordeal was caused by Vitali & Solis' poor judgement by attempting to steal the rd in an amateurish manner. He was probably taught to do that..he's No Holyfield...if you're going to attempt something like that YOU HAD BETTER CONNECT... he did NOT connect & the result & aftermath from that is he got ktfo.. No weight issues.. no previous injuries in training camp. It was simply poor boxing on his part & he paid the price.. Vitali took full advantage..shook his entire foundation..made Him PAY for being out of position,,,broke his legs & his spirit all with one perfectly executed shot that shook his entire skull & the quake from that..traveled down into his torso.. he did an instant shimmy & his legs gave out ALL IN ONE FULL SWOOP.. vITALI doesn't hit him & worst case scenario he slips & falls down & gets up embarassed but no damage to his knees..ligaments or what have you.. The force of the punch put all of what happened to Solis in motion.. What if his legs don't give out & the bell saves him? You don't think Vitali will jump all over him in the next rd? Please...ALL 39 Vitali KO'S are legit.

Rematches are for very close, highly contentious fights.

This is not the case with Vitali/Solis

Therefore Solis has to work for the right to challenge and get in line again. He had his chance and blew it.

This is a very ****** post. Mike Tyson beatdown his opponents in the first round. He did not win by default.
