just saw the other guy cheering and **** n on boxrec it said tko 5

i think corner stoppage or he quit or whatever

either way this fight doesnt affect his legacy considering him in his prime would have knocked him out in less than 30 seconds.

This should do it. In 2010 he will be inducted into the HOF.

I've heard it's five years after retirement. That means that probably Chávez and Trinidad will be inducted at the same time. Unreal, considering the fact that they are a generation apart.

It seemed like a draw to me.. the announcer said his hand was broken but i think it might have just been to save face.

He looked troubled even before he stepped in the ring.. he was quicker and sharper than the fella he was fighting but he just looked like he wasnt even there..

The other guy finally landed some decent shots in the last round not a single one really hurt julio but he kept touching his stomach something looked wrong.

His son ran up to the corner and asked him how felt, and Chavez said he felt tired... his son then told the corner to stop it.

His son now wants to fight the guy that beat his father so this might all have been a big promotion for Jrs's next fight.

Why do you keep pointing out " if hes in his prime hes gonna knock out the guy", cmon he already fought like 10 guys ways past his prime.

LOL he didnt say IF he is in his prime...

He said it doesnt affect Julio's legacy because in Chavez's prime (pre 1989) he would have knocked the guy he fought today out.
