I doubt they have any interest in having Dzinziruk return any time soon.

HBO should put Dzinziruk vs Williams, to foes conquered by Martinez. Williams deserves that fight more than Wolak

I agree with you! Vanes hasn't beaten anybody! At least Pawel beat Foreman who was a 154 lb belt holder and did it much more convincingly than Cotto. Dzinziruk isn't ducking Vanes, Pawel is ranked higher and fought better competition. If he beats Pawel, he will leap frog Vanes in the ratings. Vanes is also kinda boring to watch, Pawel will bring fireworks. Great co-feature on HBO, and if lands on the Gamboa undercard, even better.

I think Williams might need a confidence builder after getting blown out by Martinez. Dzinziruk, on the other hand, was fighting out of his weight class and hung in there with Sergio as long as he could. Williams should fight a guy like Sergio Mora or a Brian Vera type before going into a fight as tough as Dzinziruk would be.
