Yea he did and he got it,that was one of the most exciting fights of that yr but it was overlooked easy..I don't understand it,why some fighters have to fight so hard for their due in this sport..And for others it just falls into their lap,I really don't get it..

I know when we were making our picks before the Abraham fight, only I of all the guys on the other forum picked Froch to win. They all thought AA would stop him! But he impressed greatly, even tho AA has deteriorated lately. Still, even if AA was at his best I doubt he coulda done much more, Froch just sidelined him using his physical attributes and boxing well. This guy has proven he can do it all, he may not be the slickest or the most clever boxer but he can box still and slug he can ofc.

Froch fights the best around. He called out Calzaghe years ago, sends out challenges to Bute, and right now he's lined up against Glen Johnson and probably Andre Ward after that.

Yea and the thing I disliked about Joe was that he was very down on Froch as a boxer while he was obviously wary of fighting him. He slagged him off bc some people were probably asking why Joe wouldn't face him.

              Some names, nor order:

              - MP
              - FMJ
              - Maravilla
              - Donaire
              - Gamboa
              - Juanma
              - Wonjongkam
              - Klit Bros
              - JMM
              - Bradley

Froch isn't in the top ten for a reason. He's lost to Kessler and imo he also lost to Dirrel. I also feel he will struggle with Johnson. IMHO Bute and Ward are ahead of him at 68, so i personally don't have him near my top ten p4p list.

You hate him for the same reason as you hate Calzaghe and the Klitschkos, right?

Anyway, that answers the question. If he was American and black, with his excellent resume, you can be sure he'd be recognized as a top P4P fighter.

If you think Carl Froch is ****, you clearly know nothing about boxing.

TBH Froch doesn't deserve to be in P4P rankings. You need long streak of big wins (he doesn't have) or win big fights in an impressive performance (only one against Abraham)

                      Big win over Abraham
                      Loss to Kessler
Loss to Dirrell (Ring doesn't look at official scores)
Win over Taylor, but looked horrible and lost most of the rounds

I can't say that this resume helps him to enter P4P rankings.
