Arum behest gamboa not to attend the secondary IBF weigh-in then suddenly Mikey Garcia is fighting for the 126 IBF belt. Arum is a slick manipulator but I have no compaints, I want mikey to win belt then maybe mix it up with either juanma or yuri later. Dib got no chance at all.
