I don't feel bad about his crew (sans Ariza) because some of them are known to steal his money and not do **** but still get paid. They realize this, and that's why they don't stand up for themselves against their boss.

I made a thread about his bullying too and LOL'd. I actually like Ariza, but there's weird joy in seeing him in pain.
