According to the press in Australia, a deal is reportedly very close for Danny Green to defend his IBO cruiserweight title against former light heavyweight champion Antonio Tarver, who recently fought at heavyweight. Green last fought in November, winning a unanimous points decision over BJ Flores at Perth's Challenge Stadium.

Wait, Tarver said he was staying at heavyweight. Man he has some serious weight to lose at this point. I think this is a bad move.

Does anybody want to see this fight?

        I sure don't. I wish they'd both retire.

              CW, thankfully.

Seeing Tarver at heavyweight was an eyesore.

If Green beats Traver he surpasses Calzaghe IMO who's best win is vs Kessler (who hasn't done anything but beat Froch and lose to Ward).

Joey C has been easily forgotten. I'm surprised he was even brought up. Then again YOU where talking about a ****ty fighter like Green so I can see how it all makes sense.
