Actually Mosley's knockout ratio isn't great above his lighter weights. Look at his knockout ratio. Margarito, Mayorga, and Vargas. Margarito is the only good knockout and he's a punching bag. Vargas was completely shot, and Mayorga had just been knocked out several times.

Pac gets hit but let's get real. Mosley is way past it. He is in for a beating. He's going to get hit 5 times for every punch he even lands, and Pac has a great chin we all know that.

Even at 147 Mosley isn't a 1 punch knockout king against prime fighters.
