I woudl say for his weight, David Haye deserves an honorable mention.

However, I'd have to start my list out with Yuriorkis Gamboa. Speed and explosion. I'm pretty sure he's a hard-punching guy to begin with, but it's mainly due to his speed. Incredible speed.

After him, I'm going with Manny Pacquiao. Great combination shots all off of speed and it also helps him create his power.

Floyd Mayweather had faster hands at 140 and lower, but he's still incredibly fast and has a quick-twitch aspect to his counter-shots.

Andre Dirrell, when he gets goin and uses his combinations, is probably the fastest guy north of 160 pounds. Martinez is fast as well but his awkwardness and angles create his speed. In the sense that it looks faster simply because he lands with such regularity. When you can create an angle and throw that shot with confidence, it comes out faster. However, matched up agaisnt Dirrell, he's a notch slower to me. Lucian Bute is also fast but it isn't blistering like Dirrell's can be.

My final top five guy would probably be between Amir Khan and Andre Berto. I'd go with Berto as Khan is more of a combination puncher that has great speed. Whereas, Berto is a fast guy that actually can get off combinations simply from his opponent trying to cover up from his incredible speed. That's fast.

        So.....

        1. Yuriorkis Gamboa.
        2. Manny Pacquiao.
        3. Floyd Mayweather.
        4. Andre Dirrell.
        5. Andre Berto.

HONORABLE MENTION: David Haye. Amir Khan. Sergio Martinez. Lucian Bute.
