Do you think an expensive overweight penalty is warranted if they ever fight at 154? Lets say 2m/lb...

As much as I want to see this fight, it's not going to happen while Mayweather is still lurking around Welterweight.

If Martinez wins would you give him the credit?

Martinez gets as much credit as Floyd beating Hatton at 147.
If Manny wins, he gets as much credit as Floyd beating ODLH at 154.

Either way, Manny has very little to lose here, legacy wise.
