In the hurt and pain game the most qualified person should be in charge, regardless of pro or amature statis.

          It's called incompetence.

When approving somebody for any position, whether it be a clerk in a supermarket or a high-profile Olympic trainer, I'd check to see that all the requirements are met and policies are not broken, instead of taking the applicant's word for it, but that's just me.

So having someone who can improve the knowledge of amateur boxers and ultimately help with the transition into the professional end of the sport (which is the ultimate goal of most amateur boxers), is some how a bad thing?
The excuse that they have so many employees, which makes it difficult to keep track on everyone, is just plain laughable. AIBA are a ****ing joke!

              Poor.

I rate McCracken highly based on nothing more than his corner work with Froch during fights.. Just seems like a top bloke.
