I got this unquestionable hunch that Erik is going to win, something just tells me Erik is going to tame Marcos and use his experience. someone like Erik doesn't need a lot of speed or power he just needs timing, he's an excellent Boxer imo and even at this later stage of his career I can't see how a come fourth brawler with not even a third of Erik's experience is going to come in there and beat him. Zahir Raheem if you remember had a very defensive and skillful style he didn't look to **** but El Chino? he only knows how to **** and as hard as he hits I don't think he hits harder than the hardest Erik has ever felt..

ima blow a few dollars on Erik, they are giving good odds so why not it's not like he's a bad under dog, this is an under dog with a chance to win so why not? if I lose then **** it I've blown much more money on much dumber things but if I win I'm straight, and I'm going to make sure I protect myself with a draw bet on the side just incase we have another Pascal-Hopkins but other than that I got Eirk, experience means a whole lot in Boxing.

Majority of people doesnt realize that Erik Morales didnt look good because of 2 reasons.

1. Pacquiao
2. Weighing 160 to 170lbs in between those fights.


Now considering he has rack up 3 victories ( 2 of them againts decent fighters) and a good camp, A Maidana victory is not a foregone conclusion.

This guy isn't the most reliable of writers as far as opinions go. Also, DLH was at least a 2-1 favorite overall by all sportslines going into the fight.
