Feel kinda' guilty typing this as I'm originally from the South Bay but I think Kats gonna' win this by decision.
First of all, I'm just not that impressed with the Ghost's technical skills (good a man as he is). He's just never looked that slick to me.
Secondly I think that Katsidis is trying to change his style a bit. I don't think he's just gonnna' roll in there on a quest for the highlight-reel KO. Seems like he started trying to box more against JMM and it kept him in the fight with a easy HoFer for 9 rounds. He has found out the hard way that in the upper tier of fighters he's not just gonna' steamroller them so he's gonna' change his style enough to extend his career a bit and I think he has sufficient talent to do this.
Imo, it's a question of class and talent levels and Guerrero (good a man as he is) is not on that level.
It should be a good fight and I'll be happy to jump on the Ghost's bandwagon if my perceptions are **** and he looks really good putting a whupping on Kats, but I'll take Kats by (surprising?) UD.
