I think Haye's chances are lower than 50%, but they are still good enough for this to be the best fight in the division since Lennox/Vitali.

On paper almost every one of klitschko's opponents in the last 6 years had a chance to beat them. Especially for Wlad. In reality Haye is lacking in too many departments to make the best out of his strengths against either Klitschko.
What worked against a completely unpreperad Wlad of 2003 will not work against probably the best prepared and one of the most experienced in heavyweight history. I am not even gonna talk about Wlad's other strengths besides his experience of big nights.

No way does Haye have a 50% shot against Wlad. But if he is able to get by him, his chances will be a bit better against 40 year old Vitali. So yeah, not impossible.

You should realize the odds of doing two 50/50 things in a row is 1/4. And since his odds against either Klit are less than 1/2, the chances of beating both is quite slim.
