All because you're on top of a P4P list(ESPECIALLY A RING MAGAZINE POPULARITY CONTEST) doesn't mean you're fighting the best of the best, and that somehow deserve credit for it. There's so many factors other than rankings.

For example, Floyd beat Marquez, the number 2 P4P fighter when he fought him, he got no credit(and rightfully so) because Marquez had to move up 12 pounds to fight him.

but all of pacs opponents were in his weight class or pac was moving up in weight to fight them.
Marquez is two weigh classes below floyd. so thats why he didn't get no credit.
