Toney by stoppage. Tarver is not a heavyweight, and Toney is still good enough to beat a guy like Tarver.

Toney stops him. He fat as **** because he can still outbox Tarver. Tarver doesn't look as comfortable at HW. ***** would be a sight to see though.
