Chambers has decent power, he knocked 6'7 250 Dimitrenko down twice and had him badly hurt several times and almost KO'd. His power is underrated.

I don't know what Chambers' weight or KO ratio have to do with anything. Are Joe Louis, Joe Frazier, Rocky Marciano, Jack Johnson, Jack Dempsey, etc considered worse boxers because they weighed the same or less than Chambers? Are Willie Pep, Pernell Whitaker or Nicolino Locche considered lesser boxers because of their KO %?

Counting newspaper decisions, Jack Johnson's KO % was less than 38%.

Given your ATG, A, B, etc ratings, Chambers was a B win and Gomez a C win. Haye I would call a B win, helped a bit by his accomplishments at CW.

And who cares what Steward said to him during the fight to motivate him to get a KO? (which he then got)
