                Lets leave that for a moment and concentrate on something we can all unite on. Its not often I say this but Bernard is spot on. MMA shouldn't even be legal! Its even more dangerous than boxing in a way, because you can get injured in ways which you can't in boxing. When a guy got you by the neck and is kicking you, punching you at the same time...you can get seriously hurt.

                    How many people have died from boxing and how many people have died from MMA? TY!!!

                        High school football is more dangerous than MMA.

                                Bernard's Hopkins newfound respect......



                                Even though his old comments were funny it was obvious why he said them......


                                UFC was doing a show in his hometown during the same time Hopkins was doing a fight in his hometown..... and your asking him about MMA? I'd have done the samething because your talking about something interfering with promoting my fight.....



                                Imagine what Dana would say if you asked him about Boxing when hes promoting his UFC events.....


                                The insecure Boxing fan would be crying foul.....

                                    Love both sports

                                    I love boxing way more, ive trained in boxing and jiu jitsu, so i have a love for both but most guys in mma have terrible striking and footwork, and no head movement, i really dont understand the hate that comes from both sides, mma imo has reached its peak, most of the hate i hear comes from mma guys, they say boxing is boring, then most of them boo when it goes to the ground, they wanna see standup fighting but hate boxing, wtf is that about????
