do you think cotto should just go back to 147

Yes I agree with you, he was a much better 147 lb'er. Besides, he spend much of his career as a 130 lb'er. He is small, and only tried 154 because both the opportunity was there to pick up an easy title, and he'd been beaten down in the 147 div. by Manny P. so maybe felt that because of that, there was no future for him at 147.Comment

He eats too many meatballs on a stick to make 147. He gets pretty big between fights and has said he only has like 2-3 more fights left.Comment

i'm not too sure. he hasn't done much at 154, i think facing a ranked fighter at 154 will prove what he can do there. imo he doesn't look as good there compared to 147, but who knows. he can drop back down to WW and try taking on berto, ortiz, or some undefeated fighters, or he can become the real champ at 154 by facing top opponents (even though he is already ranked as numero uno on ring's ratings.)Comment

100% Agree...he made 145 for pac, altho he was as big suggesting his training consisted largely of weight loss. He weighed 146 v Margarito so at 5ft 7 he is to small for 154. Margarito will weigh 168 or so fight night if its held at 154. Lots of good fighters at 147 and below. Nothing of note $$$ wise at 154Comment
