Puertorrican newspaper El nuevo dia informed that in a press conference this week Bob Arum and Top rank announced that they are already in talks with Hatton's people ( didnt say whether it was Warren or Hobson ) to stage one of the most anticipated fights between Cotto and Hatton early next year.
The winner then ( they are hoping that is Cotto) will fight PBF on the summer according to Arum. I say bring it on cause that is what boxing fans want. It's about damn time!!

as far as the fight itself...Cotto does too much thinking in the ring for Hatton's calculated aggression, I think it'd be too much pressure for Cotto..it'd be interesting tho'...but I can also see Cotto's straight punches go through Hatton's defense as hatton charges..Cotto would have to box, box, box his ass out that night...this fight kinda reminds me of Vargas vs. Trinidad...as Cotto's style does somewhat remind me of the young hungry Vargas from back then...
