How Would Gatti Fair Today at 140?

say the version that was on a pretty nice streak before he fought Floyd. How do you see him matching up with this version of Zab, Bradley, Khan, Peterson, Ortiz, Maidana, Alexander, "maybe" JMM & Rios, and whoever else Im leaving out

Couldnt bare to watch that fight. We all know Gatti could out box him but Gatti being Gatti would go toe to toe. He would easily beat Alexander and this version of Judah. He would hurt khan and Bradley i think he would give all sorts of problems. Gatti whether he won or lost was more of a man than me. R.I.P Arturo

I'd say that Gatti would be pretty stiff.

Gatti - Alexander - Gatti's just better than Alexander. Period. He wins it.
Gatti - Maidana - Epic war, Gatti probably wins it, he's more versatile. He can slug or box, Maidana only has that one mode. Gatti would have enough rounds in the bank (say 1-3) before he started brawling.
Gatti - Khan - Khan has an AWFUL style for Gatti but I could totally see him in like the seventh or the eighth round, eyes all swollen up from all those jabs, landing a titanic left hook and putting Khan to sleep. Id pick Khan to win, though.
Gatti - Bradley - I don't even know. This is a weird fight.

Maidana - would be an all out war! I'm positive Gatti would knock him out.

Ortiz - Gatti whoops his ass.

Bradley - Don't get me wrong, Gatti could box, but he loses this one by wide decision IMO.

Zab - At this point, Zab is past it, he still has the speed that would give Gatti problems, but I would say Gatti could break him down and stop him late.

Khan - NOT a good fight for Gatti. I think Khan stops the version of Gatti we are talking about in a beatdown.

                  Bradley wins an ugly one.
                  Khan beats him up bad.
He has a classic with Maidana. Draw
                  He could knock Peterson out.
Ortiz who knows. Ortiz by decision if he boxes
He wins a slimdecision against Alexander.

I would really like to see the Bradley fight for some reason.

Also, IDK if I agree with all of you about Khan. I could see Khan being all wrong for him but Khan is still not Floyd. He's big, fast, and has some power, but he's still kinda straight up & down, which means I dont see him totally owning him like other pure boxers might could. He's gonna be there to be hit and Gatti will hurt him. Again though, I could also see Khan killing him. Thats a tough call for me.

Its really sad to see how far Alexander has fallen. A few fights ago alot of people were comparing him to Floyd, calling him the next best thing, and Im sure that everyone wouldve said that his style is all wrong for Gatti and it would be embarrassing. Now nobody thinks he would win that fight. Thats boxing for you. It can all change so quickly. He's young enough to get it back though
