Well firstly, Hatton was looking faded before he fought Mayweather.
You are a Hatton fan, so you must have seen the Collazo / Urango fights.
Secondly, no way bro, go and watch that fight again..... before that KO, Ricky was getting beaten up and embarrassed, and the nature of that KO must have been psychologically devastating.
You must be aware of how a loss can affect a previously undefeated fighter, especially one who was already on the slide.
It is absolutely impossible for there not to have been "fundamental residual" physical/psychological damage after that fight, it was a devastating loss suffered by a previously undefeated fighter.
Hatton was a cracked egg, we will have to agree to disagree on that one.
Pacquiao can either be "a product now", or he can be a genuine P4P fighter, but he cannot be both..... and judging by his recent resume', it is clearly obvious that Pac is "a product now".
Now that is fine for Manny, but don't then try to feed me that bull**** about Moore/Duran/8th-div champion, etc..... because that is clearly not the case.
Manny is an over-hyped cleverly manufactured Top Rank creation.
Every single opponent since Marquez except one, was shop-worn and faded.
Fine, Manny is "a product", but he is a product who feeds on old faded champions.
You just cannot have your cake and eat it too man. You justify all of the ridiculous advantages that are afforded to Pac by saying that he is "a product now", but then also try to say that he has a fantastic resume'.
Sorry, but those two situations cannot co-exist.
Come on man, you cannot minimise or undervalue the role that confidence and self-belief play in a fighters mind-set.....
FACT: sport at the top level, mostly boils down to the top two inches.
Pacquiao and Roach are well-aware of that.
Hatton was a cracked egg, and ripe for the picking.
Hold on..... " you think " ?
Shouldn't we..... " know " ?
How come we don't actually have a definitive answer to that question ?
How the *** is it even possible for some of the insanely ridiculous fanboy comments about Pacquiao to be true, when you and I don't actually know if Manny can beat a slick fighter, because he has never actually faced one since Marquez? And, according to most observers, Manny actually lost that fight.
Glad to see you get my point
Pac is manufactured, and very well-matched by Trampler/Roach, and co.
If he actually stepped up to the plate and fought a prime opponent who was not seriously disadvantaged, then maybe I would see things differently.
But it is ridiculous for you to be stating that Manny is all that, GOAT, blah, blah..... when you don't even know for sure that Manny could beat a slick prime opponent.
Pac's resume' since Marquez is a manufactured list of tailor-made opponents.Comment

Just look at that user " inbox ".
That little ***wit has probably made 50+ posts on this thread, and not one of them is even slightly relevant to boxing. Go figure?
Hey, no points for guessing who that ****head is here supporting huh?
Same as that Check-hooks idiot.
The only reason he is not on ignore is because the guy is so ignorant it's actually pretty funny, and he makes other *******s look ******.Comment

Yup, some idiots have no interest in discussing boxing on a boxing website

This message is hidden because inbox is on your ignore list.
I would just about bet my life that neither of those two comments even slightly relate to the topic of boxingComment
