Also, he had his eye socket broken, he didn't do damage to his eye, big difference. Bones heal stronger than before they break because the body releases large amounts of calcium to that area to patch it up. So I think Marg's eye will be ok.
And you're the typical poster who puts words in a fighter's mouth. Pacquiao never said that Margarito hit him the hardest he's ever been hit, he said it was a hard fight mainly because of the size difference.
Pacquiao-- what can I say about this guy, I tip my hat off to this warrior. He mentioned that it was a hard fight, and yet he also admitted that he felt pity for Margarito which is why he obviously just went through the motions in the final rounds.
What about Margarito? Before facing Pacquiao, he tried to cheat again by attempting to take a drink with a banned substance (ephedrine).
Once a cheater always a cheater. That's why when Margarito, who is nothing but a tramposo, faces Cotto without his plastered hands-- what he'll get is a boxing lesson from Cotto.Last edited by Dat; 04-05-2011, 05:39 AM.

Perception plays a big part. If a Big puncher does not catch you in a soft spot, you may think his punches hurt less than an average puncher who catches you to the liver, when your arm is raised and your caught in the ropes ala Pacquaio in the 6th round.
