I wish more HW prospects, and heavies in general, fought each other instead of an endless stream of jobbers in order to protect a meaningless winning streak and unjustified ranking. Still, I can't entirely blame them. The situation as it stands allows such fighters to get title shots (which they are, of course, horribly unprepared for) provided they hang around in the top 20 long enough. And a lot of fight fans in Germany it seems are content to see mismatches provided their man wins (I may be mistaken here so apologies to any German fans if that's the case).
Helenius and Pulev should be commended for what they're doing, and if they happen to lose somewhere along the line, meh, it's all part of the learning experience isn't it?
