I use to be a huge fan of his and defended him countless times on these forums,when active his mastery of the game amazes me,the way he can break a fighter down in a rd or 2 is unparralled in the fight game.With that being said I am disgusted with his behavior and his utter disregard for his fans that got him to where he is today as fight fans we do not ask for much fight Pacquiao Williams Martinez someone of that caliber and he could make his fans happy,but will he fck no he wont he will fight someone like Alexander and then someone like Berto and collect a few paychecks and disappear again until his greed makes him fight.

He is one of two fighters that goes against my rule. I prefer fighters to be respectful, but Floyd's skill outweighs that for me. I also don't think that he's quite the bane for boxing that most people do. Meh, that's just my opinion on it.

I love how people call him a coward when he's been successful in one of the most brutal sports today... it's OK though lets call these guys who put their lives on the line when they get in the ring cowards over a forum. Go sparring for 2 rounds and come back and say he's a coward again. Call it what you will but Mayweather has 10x the cajones than the people calling him a coward.

You can easily point out the people who've never put on a pair of gloves and hit the heavy bag for a good 3 minutes - they're usually the one calling boxers cowards etc.

I used to be a Gayweather fan as well but since he ducked opponents that can kick his black ass I just did a 180 degree. To name a few, he ducked Cotto ('cause he lives too far in Puerto Rico), Margarito ('cause he's not a PPV material), Pacquiao (demanded OST bull crap) and I can go on and on...

Margarito is a bum, I don't know why people still mention him. Was a bum and still even more of a bum now.


The first two fighters you mentioned he ducked, are irrelevant. And he didn't fight Cotto "because he lives in Puerto Rico". The ESPN video that clip was taken out off, Floyd says in one part that Miguel Cotto lives in Puerto Rico but doesn't have a big fanbase, you supposedly have a whole country behind you but only sell 200-300k PPV's. But the idiot Mayweather hater who made the video, conveniently skipped all of this and just made Mayweather answer Kenny's question about fighting Miguel Cotto "he lives in Puerto Rico" very slick, but the myth of Mayweather not fighting Cotto because he lives in PR will forever be inside a lot of idiots heads, sadly. Mayweather in the same video said if Cotto wants to fight then "just come talk to me, i'm on my own boss, let me know what's going on" again this was not shown in the haters video.

Mayweather not fighting Pacquao because he demanded OST, that's just laughable. How could Floyd have known Manny was gonna say no? I could say Manny demanded $10mill for every pound over 147 because he thought Floyd would say no, but Floyd said yes. Then when Floyd requested OST, Manny said no. So who really put there part in trying to make the fight happen?
