Will Hopkins take the Pacquiao route and sue Pascal for steroid use accusations?

Jean Pascal is doing 10x worse what GBP/Roger/Sr did by outright screaming "cheater" at Hopkins and telling him to take the test, saying he's on steroids. This is also on video.

So is it like Bernard Hopkins to sue, or is he just going to shut Pascal up in the ring?

And what do you think, should Hopkins sue?

I honestly think he's not gonna waste his time suing, that's just not like him.

Different circumstances.. especially when you have Pascal taking back what he said the very next press conference saying that he's not accusing B-Hop to be on anything..

Mayweathers have been talking shit for years now...

Also, B-Hop got Pascal to fight.. Pacquiao has yet to get Mayweather to fight.

Do you have to be a brand to sue for defamation you dumbass?

            Defamation per se

The four (4) categories of slander that are actionable per se are (i) accusing someone of a crime; (ii) alleging that someone has a foul or loathsome disease; (iii) adversely reflecting on a person’s fitness to conduct their business or trade; and (iv) im*****g serious sexual misconduct. Here again, the plaintiff need only prove that someone had published the statement to any third party. No proof of special damages is required.

if after bhop whoops his ass and pascal still continues with his accusations or claim something like he lost because bhop is on peds then for sure he'll get his day in court.

Agreed.. but Pascal killed that noise real quick.. he denied it shortly after the press conference, when asked if he was accusing B-Hop to be on any type of PEDs.

pascal probably saw the video of bhop talking about how 2 of his lawyers were in the building and witnessed everything pascal did that's why he pulled back.
i don't understand why some people are acting like it's ok to make accusations but it's not ok to sue your accuser. that's a ******ed way of thinking.
