Not so fast, I just think you're the one that's a little slow here haha. Why they tried to have the case dismissed I don't know. Here they are constantly yapping at how Pacquiao is on this ped and that ped so the judge is just giving them the opportunity to proof themselve. In other words, the judge believed in them. I thought I was high when I read that Golden Boy and the Mayweathers tried to have the case dismissed, also how *****s were getting mad that the case was going to go on and Pac wasn't going to proof ****. Golden Boy, Mayweathers, and *****s should be jumping for joy because here they have their real chance to proof what a cheat Pacquiao is LOL.

The reason the Judge didNOT dismiss the Mayweathers' and Golden Balls application for dismissal, was because the Judge decided that the PLAINTIFF actually HAD sufficient grounds to proceed with the case for damages in open court.

That is was a LEGAL, LEGITIMATE pursuit for redress and compensation etc.

Like you (I hope I'm right in thinking so), It was a major legal defeat for the Mayweather, Golden Balls crew, and I just CAN'T understand the mentality of those who seem to "sincerely" believe that it was a VICTORY for the Mayweather-Golden Balls crew.

Simply put (it seems that i have to make everything simple for these "human" being).
The mayweather-Golden Balls crew TRIED to cut off Manny P's case "at the pass", in other words ,TO HAVE IT TOSSED OUT OF COURT.

THEY FAILED, The Judge decreed that Manny P> had a LEGITIMATE cause for proceeding with his claim for specified and UNSPECIFIED damages. It could come to a $100 mill guys.

Better get used to the idea. Although, if Golden Balls is smart (and nobody has ever accused them of BEING SMART) they'll abjectly apologise and "settle out of court".
