I cant stand manny people here. They categorize boxers in only two ways, great fighters and bums! And Lara is just a bum because he lost a fight huh?
This kiddy behavior around here must stop! I say yeah to Lara vs. K9, K9 is a good fighter and Lara could prove his loss vs. Molina was a fluke. Or even better, first he fights K9 and after that if he wins hes rematching Molina and maybe he wins both fights and hes back on track and a Top10 rated fighter.
I think nobody really knows how capable Lara really is but its save to say hes no bum but he will never be great either!

lara did look garbage in his last fight. but it wasnt that he lacked skill or physical tools, he just fought a dumb fight. i think the exerience is gonna make him a better fighter.

if it was any other titlist i would say he wasnt ready to fight for a belt, but k9 gotta be amongst the weakest belt holders in all of boxing. maybe the weakest. this guy has no buisness calling himself world champion, its just a matter of time before someone rips the belt of his waist so lara might aswell go ahead before the oportunity to win a belt so easily goes to waste.

then again once champion he will be in for tougher fights, the growing period will be done and like we saw in his last fight he still has alot of growing to do.

Erislandy Lara did get a gift vs molina. and who is molina a nobody. but I agree there are other fighter who should get the shout before Lara..

They both talkin' ***** so let's see who the real motha****a is. I don't see why this fight does not happen because if it doesn't K-9 fight somebody worst in 6 months(not active at all.)

Lara just has to learn from his rookie mistake. He was winning fights to easy so he thought he was going to walk right through Molina by throwing that brutal uppercut but Molina was ready, Lara was not so it was an ugly fight for him.

I guarantee Lara takes this fight as serious as a motha****a and destroys K-9. I liked K-9 from the contender but he really hasn't put his money where his mouth is ever since he won that belt which he hasn't defended since.

MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!
