Weird- Meaning they are not consistent in what they are looking for

Star Struck -Sometimes they will go against the so called Super Star house fighter.

    • I watched this fight 3x I scored it 115-113 pac I thought both fighters were ineffective as a lot of their shots were blocked. However, I thought pac had the clearer crisper shots but that's just my style of scoring. I thought this fight was a lot closer than hbo called.

      • compubox has the landed stats for rounds 1, 2 and 3 way out, too. no way did Manny land that many jabs or power punches.

manny missed so much in those rounds. he missed almost everything in round 3. all i can say to anyone who doesn't see that and is blinded by the handspeed, watch in slow motion and you'll see him miss that jab-straight combo over and over and over again.

When it looked like a punch landed, I watched it frame by frame to make sure it did.

Here are the results of every punch landed with a short description of the punch. Only kept tract of the punches landed. Don't care about thrown.

            2:32 Bradley body punch
            2:32 Bradly body Punch
            2:16 Bradley jab
            1:59 Pacquia right hook
            1:46 Bradley right
            1:43 Bradley left
            1:38 Bradley jab
            1:37 Bradly grazing right hook
            1:29 Braldey southpaw left
            1:29 Bradley right
            1:21 Bradley jab
            1:19 Bradley jab
            0:59 Bradley jab
            0:43 Bradley jab
            0:36 Pacquiao right hook
            0:33 Pacquiao right hook
            0:22 Pacquiao right hook
            0:14 Pacquiao left hook
            0:12 Bradley right hook
            0:12 Pacquiao right hook
            0:10 Pacquiao left hook
            0:10 Pacquiao right hook
            0:01 Pacquia straight left
            0:01 Bradley body shot
            0:01 Bradlye body shot

In the end, Pacquiao landed 9 punches and Bradley landed 16. There were a few punches that were hard to call, but this is about right. Notice that Pacquiao only landed 1 punch in the first 2 minutes and 24 seconds of the fight. The punches landed after came from a flurry that didn't really land that cleanly. Bradley actually landed the cleaner punches in this round surprisingly. This is actually a pretty clear round that should go to Bradley after close scrutiny. Compubox somehow got 22 punches for Pac and 8 for Bradley. So yeah, lets stop paying attention to compubox numbers.

And listen to you instead? The unreliable narrator?

You list every punch, timestamped, and still have the nerve to say: "It's hard to tell, but this is ABOUT right"? If it was still difficult, and you're still not 100% sure of every punch, you still don't really have much to add, nothing that we should listen to, anyway. Just banking on the fact that no one is going to repeat your project just to argue. The only lesson here is that you're no better than Compubox since you can't accurately and confidently state you saw every punch land. Result: don't rely on compubox, or anyone else for that matter, to tell you who won a fight.

the only way you can have manny winning rounds 1 and 2, for instance, is to have him stealing them on pockets of success at the end and beginning of those rounds respectively. bradley's scoring work is distributed more evenly over those rounds and he controls the direction of the rounds and maneuvers pacquiao. also, you have to score his body-punching and the work he did inside when pac would fall in and tim would come up, tie up, hold the right arm of pac and whack from body to head on the left side of manny.

guys just aren't scoring his side of the fight. only manny's (and including missed blows, at that).

                Right only in NV.

How do you really not see this as a rObbery what did Bradley do to win this fight in your mind

                • Manny seemed to have a problem with fighters as tall as him, he didn't have a prob with much taller guys who he tags relentlessly. And now those fighters as tall as him add movement, then Pac has more toubles chasing after them. You can sense him being frustrated ****ing his gloves at the later rounds.

Pac's never the same, a lot slower, seemed tentative.

It's hilarious that Bradley had both ankles swollen coz of these movements he had which was hardly seen in his last fights.

I’m saying Bradley won the fight, but he definitely fought every minute of every round in this fight. I can’t say that for Pacquiao. Pacquiao literally fought for 14 minutes in this fight, maximum 18. Bradley fought the entire fight for 36 minutes with a bad ankle.

People we have to realize that Vegas judges are a weird lot. They score fights very different in Vegas. Vegas judges are not star struck and they don’t take their cues from the crowd or the extremely bias HBO crew.

Think back to De La Hoya vs.Trinidad. I had Oscar winning that fight easy based on what my eyes saw. But down the stretch he took off some rounds and the Vegas Judges awarded the fight to Trinidad for consistently applying pressure the entire fight and for fighting the entire fight.

When you fight in Vegas you can’t assume just because you think you are winning that your are actually winning on the cards. Vegas judges have their own way of scoring fights. They also look for who is making the fight, who is applying the pressure and who is applying effective aggression.

Manny fought this fight just how Freddy roach taught him how to fight, well how to lose a fight. I saw the exact same thing in the Amir Khan fight against Peterson. Peterson fought the entire fight and Khan fought is spurts and then in the last 30 seconds he would try to steal the round. Well we all know the the results of that endeavour. This is exactly what Pacquiao did in this fight with Bradley.

Pacquiao looked like Amir Khan to me in this fight, he looked very amateurish. Wild punches, not going to the body at all and his punch variety was totally non-existent. Where was that right hand we keep hearing that Pacquiao has now, where was the uppercut?

Freddie Roach has not taught Pacquiao anything. Pacquiao is still the same fighter he was 10 years ago. Defensively Pacquiao is poor and offensively he is very limited. Pacquiao is still a one-handed fighter.

Athletically, Pacquiao is slowing down and he has not knocked anyone out in a long time. A aging fighter who relies on his athleticism instead of his boxing skills will get exposed when their athletic prowess starts to decline. Can anybody say “Roy Jones”?

Bradley in round 8 -12 , starting boxing the brakes off Pacquiao. Yes, Bradley was still getting hit with left hand from Pacquiao, but he was boxing beautifully. Bradley at this point had solved the Pacquiao puzzle, Bradley had cracked the PACMAN code.

Again do I think Bradley won this fight, “NO I DON”T”. I think Pacquiao LOST this fight because he did not fight the entire fight and he was one dimensional. Also, being a “DIVA” before the fight did not exactly ingratiate him with the Vegas Judges.

Pacquiao only looks good against slow aging fighters that are past their prime and weight drained. That is just a fact that we ALL have to deal with. A fighter with good boxing skills will always give Pacquiao problems and they have.

Freddie Roach and Bob Arum are very skilled matchmakers. But I fear they are starting to overestimate their own creation that is Pacquiao. They better go back to fighting slow and old face first brawlers or Pacquiao will get further exposed.

Pacquiao is not that Good and he is not that Great, but I love watching him fight.
Bradley didnt win, Pac lost the fight? Actually everyone thinks Bradley didnt win, and Pac certainly didnt lose, so Pac won the fight.

Bradley was the one dimensional one, back peddling, with Pac going forward. Going forward theer is only so much you can do. Some fightes cant go forward. Can you imagine Floyd trying to go forward if his opponents back peddled the whole fight.

IM not sure how you worked out how many mintues Pac fought for, but he landed more punches and had bradley on ***** street enough times. What imaginary punches were the judges scoring for Brad.?
