There are three main types of Boxers.

Boxers - A boxer who practices hitting without getting hit, throws more jabs, adapts, stick and move, defensive

Brawlers- A boxer who will get some to give some(sometimes more getting) more of your pressure fighters, wearing down opponents or over whelming for knock out victories
        Example Marg and Rios

Punchers - Simple, boxers who have one punch ko power and rely on that to win fights.
        Example Randall Bailey

And there are to sub types

Boxer/Brawlers - Marquez is an example , and for argument sake let's put Manny here
        Boxer/Punchers - Berto, Cotto

I don't care if Pacquiao actually killed Bradley with a punch in the first round. Bradley does not hold any value that would raise Pacquiao's standings.

I like Bradley and think this will a good fight but as I've said previously, this is a nothing to gain but everything to lose proposition for Pacquiao.

If Bradley wins, he's arrived. If Pacquiao wins, he's simply beaten a prime and game jrWW champion who wasn't ever really a contender for Pacquiao's spot. That won't be seen as conquering anything. It will be seen as Arum and Roach finding a viable candidate that they could sell a fight with.

This isn't meant to devalue Pacquiao or Bradley. Its simply is what it is.

At this point, it isn't even about whether Pacquiao is conquering anything. People just want to see how much of a step Pacquiao may or may not have lost. That's isn't reason to move up on any lists.

You don't care because you can't afford to with you line of reasoning.

            Bradley more dangerous than Cotto?

If that's the case, then why did Pacquiao back away from his choice of Cotto once Miguel refused his pathetic request of a catchweight?

Hahaha@ debating with your hands over your eyes and ears.

Pacquaio never earned the number one spot by beating Mayweather or Mayweather losing to someone else.

Pacquaio got the spot only because Mayweather retired for a short while, and he got it by default. No one disputes Mayweather is the most skilled fighter in the sport either

If you wanna get technical about it, Manny couldve lost to the same Marquez that Mayweather thoroughly dominated, two pounds was not gonna change the outcome of that fight let it go.

Mayweather clearly beat Cotto who most people acknowledge won no more than 4 rounds at best and most people think Pacquiao lost his last fight with Marquez clearly so therefore Manny is not the number one fighter pound for pound

It's funny reading this thread because *****s talk as if Floyd is some kind of tuff fighter but in reality #1 is scared of #2.

                  #1 = I'm a coward.

but pac really have to win by a clear fashion to reclamin his throne...altho he was bumped down unfairly IMO...
