  • I want to see Steve Cunningham at heavyweight

6ft 3 tall, 82 inch reach, both the same as Ali. Ripped to the bone, strong, fast, great jab, never been beaten convincingly......... WHY aren't isn't he at Heavyweight? He could make a LOT of noise there.....

If Adamek can do it, so can Cunningham, not to mentioned he's the bigger of the two...

I don't think he has the chin to handle HW punches and may not hit hard enough to keep some of the more durable fighters off of him. Obviously he would rely on UDs to win and could get some against flatfooted slow fighters but at the higher level Steve would get brutally stopped.

Yea he would get beat up and knocked out, he has decent size but he would be lacking in mass and stopping power.

Against some of the smaller guys it would be good but against a huge skilled guy nah.

Well at least he could get a payday...he's wasting his time at cruiser.

Haye and Wlad hardly have the toughest chins.

Look at the size of this dude. Getting down to cruiser must be a nightmare. Heavyweight might even be good to him.... wouldn't be surprised if he was stronger in there.

I reckon a team-up with Steward could work too.

Are you kidding Wlad is maybe one of the hardest punches to ever lace them up and though Haye and Cunningham are the same size the difference in their power is immense.

Size-wise? Sure. Skill-wise? Uhuh. His ability to take a punch? No damn chance.

He's simply not able to handle the punch too well. He couldn't take Adamek's punches. No way in hell that he handles a Klitschko or even a David Haye at Heavyweight. Might even have more trouble with Tomasz Adamek at 200+.

Wlads right hand is hard as hell, that punch is nasty when he throws it.

                  Haye might be interesting though.

Love Cunningham, but he gets smoked by the K's.

                    No point in moving up
