I have a feeling Mosley vs Pac is going to be more competitive than most assume..

Not much, but with Mosley fighting a different type of opponent in comparison to his last two, he may be able to summon up something

The thing is, as much as Mayweather dominated the limited success Mosley did have was due to Mayweather standing in front of him and giving him those chances. Mayweather made that fight, as easy as it was for him, harder than it had to be.

Pacquiao will walk in that ring determined to blow Mosley out. He's not letting this be close.

i highly doubt it if a judicious punching floyd basically had him quit in the ring.

the reason floyd missed a couple times is because shane dropped his offense after round 2, he was trying to survive and looked out on his feet a few times.

you didn't think shane was having trouble pulling the trigger? are you sure about that? not pulling the trigger vs manny is going to get you steamrolled.

you can get by with that kinda stuff against a floyd or sergio mora, who don't necessarily bring the heat.

.... And at the same time risk getting caught with a big right, I'm not too sure .. it'll be a softly softly feeling out process early on

Shane quit because he was constantly getting countered by Floyd all night, and had no back up plan, other than survive

Against Pacquaio there will be numerous opportunities ... just remember Manny is easy to hit, not saying Mosley will win, but people need to remember this ..

Shane has NO LEGS LEFT. Pac will be jumping in and bombing Shane out, and then jumping out before Shane can react. He will be turning Shane all night and making him look lost from the very beginning of the fight. It would make my year if I was wrong and Shane caught him, but he wont. This is going to be worse then Pac vs Oscar. Shane will be jittery and gas after about 5 rounds, and Pac will just pick him to bits. I dont feel like watching Pac beat the **** out of another fighter I have enjoyed watching for so many years. A young Shane and we got ourselves a hell of a fight. But not now. All Pac, all the time. Its only a matter of when the corner has seen enough.

so what's going to happen when he gets hit with 3x the punches cuz pac's legs are too fast?

he will have some opps, in the first couple rounds, just like against floyd

shane throws one punch at a time, people need to remember this. not good against manny

Meh, I don't think he'll ever get that close. Pacquiao has grown underratedly subtle about his offense, I won't be surprised if Mosley is discouraged and out on his feet like he was by the middle rounds of the Mayweather fight after the third round against Pacquiao.

Maybe you're right, but I'll be shocked.

I'm not sure if manny is gonna use his same game plan, jump in there quick hands and high workrate, mosley is accurate with that hard right, I can see manny bouncing in and out picking his shots atleast in the early rounds, in the later it could turn into a blow out, Mosleys best chances is round 1-4, his stamina has been way gone. I think if mosley focuses on the body early to slow down Pac, and the way he holds his hands out could smother mannys combos, this should be the toughest fight out of the last 5, but beating Mosley in any fashion is not gonna impress me, winky and forrest beating a top.prime mosley was impressive, Floyd making it look so easy was impressive.
