That's not the normal proceedings, but just for arguement's sake that the court ordered that, i think Manny will comply.. As what did happened to Manny in the first Morales fight, Manny submitted blood samples to the commission at the start of training camp but somehow the commission lost them just days before the fight. The commission asked Manny again to submit blood samples, Manny may have not liked what happened but he complied anyway.. Manny doesn't have any problems submitting himself to any test there is just as long its govern by law, Manny just doesn't like the idea that he is getting bullied by another fighter. What Floyd should have done is request for an OSDT test to be incorporated with the nevada commission's normal drug testing, so that the commission itself will then be the one to request for Manny to comply with the new rules, this is the normal way of going about it... the superfight should have been settled and fought already...

Richard Schaeffer did not agree for additional test when Zab Judah requested it

"Shane Mosley is not a cheater and we wont treat him like one" (paraphrasing)

Shaeffer would agree if the Commision requested it.

          Same with Manny

This thread is irrelevant because it has a ZERO chance of happening. Pacquiao gets tested before and after every fight so all Pac has to do is show that to the judge and the Gayweathers will read em and weep.

Get that checkbook ready Gayweathers and GBP

It doesn't work like that Manny is not on trial and his lawyers would be ****** to have him involved because they don't need him at all to try to prove these statements are defamatory. What can Manny add either the statements are or are not defamatory.

And his lawyers are anything but ******.

sounds good...and let the commission also decides which agency will conduct the additional testing. in other words, everything will still be under the supervision of the commission. but what happened was, floyd's team did not only put testing matters into their own hands but also insulted the commission. granted, the current commission testing is not that effective but for sure they felt bad getting insulted in public by a fighter.

I would've taken him seriosuly about "cleaning up the sport" if he'd done this. This probably would've put the ball on Manny's court, leaving him with no where to run and nowhere to hide...that's if he really wanted the fight and he really believed Manny was hiding something.

the trial isn't about manny being on PED's.

its about GBP's statements about pacquiao whether it caused damage or not to his reputation.
