What fights do you base this on?

Some felt Castillo overpowered Mayweather in their first fight. Mayweather, the boxer, won the rematch with ease.

Another good example would be Mayorga vs. Forest I and II.

The brawler overpowered the technician in the first fight, but the technician made adjustments for the rematch and nearly won (forest was definitely more competitive in the rematch.

Castillo overpowered Stevie Johnston in their first fight, only to be held to a draw in the rematch.

I remember Antuwon Echols bullying Hopkins in their first fight. Hopkins, the technician, made the necassary adjustments for the rematch and beat Echols ass by TKO.

I don't believe that Segura has this in the bag just because he overpowered Calderon in the first fight.

Boxing technicians were created out of neccesity to deal with overpowering brawlers.

Technicians are intelligent and always come with a gameplan.

I expect Calderon to box Segura's ears off in the rematch. It's very hard to beat a guy with Calderon's boxing iq twice.

Margarito may be a brawler, but Cotto is no technician. When I think of a boxing technician, I think Mayweather, Hopkins, Tarver, JMM, etc...

I will never get how people say Cotto & Calderon have no heart.I would like to see anyone of them take the beatings they have & enter the ring again against the same guy.To know U signed urself up for an encore of a brutal beating is probably the bravest thing a man can ever do.

People who say Cotto and Calderon have no heart are for sure COWARDS in real life.

Like they say in the streets REAL RECOGNIZE REAL.

If you have heart then you'll recognize a warrior like Cotto.

Cotto has proved if it comes down to it he can take a beating. Cotto has never been one punched ko'd, jumped out of a ring or cried to the ref about a cut or his vision.

He took countless FLUSH head shots from a cheating SKUNK and still fought on till the championship rounds.

Was Cotto supposed to DIE first????

The man is 100% WARRIOR. He's actually too much warrior for his own good.

A simple Duran vs Leonard II would have done but-

I hope you're right bro. I think Calderon could pull it off, but I feel that Segura now has the mental edge...
