Man I wish dude could workout without all the extra bull**** there. I understand dude is a hero but dude needs a break from the media while he works out. The **** is annoying me and I aint even the one thats about to fight. He might be ok with it but I personally dont like(not all the f^cking time at least).

Those look like 10oz on the bag. if so mosley going to have a serious problem. If he sparred with 16-18oz and still as fast with 10oz on the HB. 1 could only think what the hell is going to happen with 8oz for 12rds.

he looks great. then again he stays in shape between fights, thats when he works on his skills while most fighters get lazy. u can tell its the beginning of camp though, hes gonna look way sharper as the fight gets closer. more stamina, stronger and more explosive. shane better step his game up, turn the clock back ten years or so.

Thats why I have the utmost respect for fighters like B hop, manny and floyd. they stay fit so they dont have to worry about making weight and focus on strategy and their skills.

Agreed on the extra bullshit. I hate this as well, but unfortunately we'll see more of this since it looks like MPboxing.com is always there to get some media. I'm sure Roach feels the same way but he probably can't do much since he's in the Philippines, so wait til they go back to the Wildcard gym.
