DIEGO_CORRALES: First of all I want to apologize for getting here late, we had a long day at the gym.

Jonny_Blaze: diego..your my favorite boxer,you should be #1 p4p right now..have you ever had your jaw broken in a fight?also whats the worst injury you've ever had?
DIEGO_CORRALES: Never had my jaw broken, but that sure doesn't sound the funnest injury to have. I had a cracked sternum once and that was probably the worst because it hurt to breathe

DIEGO_CORRALES: Of course. If the guys doesn't keep going up in weight we're going to meet again, but there's still a lot of guys out there. There's Cotto, there's Ricky Hatton, there's Castillo in front of me.
DIEGO_CORRALES: There's some serious names out there right now
highdef: The nervousness you get before the fight, does that leave once the fight starts or between rounds are you still nervous? Also what age did you start boxing?
DIEGO_CORRALES: Actually the butterflies start once you're walking out and then when the bell rings it's over.
DIEGO_CORRALES: Once that bell rings and it's time to start scrapping it's on. I was 8 when I started fighting.
awesomeald: What's good Diego, always a pleasure having you here. As I was watching the fight I noticed that you fought better from the outside.
awesomeald: Do you think that you could of won the fight without taking a loto fpunsihment that you have taken and are going to take that into this fight ?
DIEGO_CORRALES: I couldn't have won without breaking him down from round one. I made him start from round one which he is not used to doing.
DIEGO_CORRALES: He likes to start late. I'm going to fight him when I have to and box him when I have to. This is going to be another great one and I'm going to win again. He's not going to get a break

DIEGO_CORRALES: A fight is a fight no matter where you take it, so yeah

paul_bedi: After you beat Castillo who would you fight if you were to fight for legacy not money?
DIEGO_CORRALES: Legacy would be taking out one of the 140 guys. If Mayweather stays at 140, that's the one.
DIEGO_CORRALES: If he moves to welterweight any of the big names at 140 would do.
highdef: Diego, what would you do differently against pretty boy that you were unable to do the first time? Also would you say 20 is to late to start training to be a fighter?
DIEGO_CORRALES: It depends on what weight you're talking about 20 isn't too late if you're talented. What would I do differently? Make sure I get off first, use my jab, a lot more.
DIEGO_CORRALES: and make sure I get my hand raised.
Antonio00: Diego , do you think your re-match with Castillo will be anywhere near the action level as the 1st fight ? And do you have an official website ?
DIEGO_CORRALES: HELL YEAH. It's going to be a great fight, period, point blank. It's going to be an awesome fight. It's going to be everything it was and then some. That's what our styles are made to do.
DIEGO_CORRALES: it's not all the way done yet, but my site will be done soon.
deeman1: zab said he tried out for the show CONTENDER did u think about doing something like that...and whats the deal with the lack of jabbing...ur a great fighter though!!! peace
DIEGO_CORRALES: No, never thought about. I'm one of those guys who loves to go get it, I love to make fight happen so that's why you don't see me jabbing as much as I should.
Jonny_Blaze: whos your favorite fighter of all time?
DIEGO_CORRALES: There's a lot of them, I have a lot of favorites. I love the whole 70's and 80's era of fighters. I loved the Hearns, Arguello, Cuevas. I loved everything about those guys.
DIEGO_CORRALES: They fought differently than we do.
DIEGO_CORRALES: It was a whole different level of fighting back then.
Jonny_Blaze: it was non stop, like the fight you had with castillo
DIEGO_CORRALES: yes it was

DIEGO_CORRALES: I think I'm up to 18 or 19 now, I honestly lost count
Praise_Him: Chico what inspires u most to grind in the gym and fight the best and be the best? is it money or legacy or family or a combination?
DIEGO_CORRALES: My family drives me to succeed. I'm doing this for my kids and my grandkids
