Sam Peter, who is going to fight Robert Helenius in Germany (on ARD), April 02, confirmed that Vitali is the better fighter between the bros.

2nd fighter as far I know saying that Vitali is the better fighter
with the first being Lennox Lewis.

At this stage Wladimir is probably harder to beat but if you take away their considerable size advantage Vladimir is the better of the two brothers. If you take away the obvious size advantage of Wlad and he has to tough it out against someone who can land punches on him he'd fold like a flan in a cupboard, while Vitali will at least try to knock his opponent out.
