blame the fcuking boxing commission... why don't they get some fraction of the fight purse just to get things going.
Why dont ALL fighters request testing??

blood testing is too invasive and potentially harmful to athletes (hematomas, nicked veins, etc). Too much risk for multi-million dollar investments. Pretty much all professional players' associations are firmly against blood testing athletes. Plus, hgh blood testing is literally useless. No athlete has failed a single hgh blood test since its implementation. So it's either no one uses hgh any more or more likely the test is ineffective.
So the trick is to make urine testing more effective and efficient. That's why usada has funded a hgh urine test that can detect the substance for up to 2 weeks. That's the way toward better testing.Comment

If the current testing isnt good enough, it should be made a general rule to improve it. Instead of individual fighters asking for it on a case by case basis.Comment

Generally nothing changes unless the individual fighters DO ask for it. That's how we have the steroid testing in place today - because individual fighters began doing it for their own bouts. It took commissions in the USA about 5-7 years to finally get on board. Good thing the athletes didn't wait or use that as an excuse not to be tested for PEDs.Comment

check the facts, you can do the research. No olympian has ever failed a random hgh blood test. Current ost is incredibly flawed which is why usada is funding the new urine test, which is a major breakthrough in anti doping. I think officially there was one athlete who failed the blood test in europe but that was never thoroughly peer reviewed and is contested. But 1 failed test in thousands administered randomly doesn't bode well for the test's effectiveness, which is why a revolution is occurring.Comment

if fighters want extra drug testing then they should have to pay for it.......
if fighters want extra testing the should negotiate for them, not demand them, especially after the fact.
and they should HAVE PROOF BEFORE ACCUSING SOMEONE of taking PED's, that should be standard and mandatory.........
it's too easy to call someone a cheat, make demands, and or avoid them.
if i was a fighter and my OPPONENT wanted me to take extra tests after accusing me with no evidence, demanding i take a test because he said so, i'd tell him and all who supported him " to go **** yourself ", because, for one, i would never let my opponent have any control over me and what i do, and i would never let baseless accusations control how i live.
if the commissions were investigating and or changing the rules, then thats the way the game goes, thats the way of the road, but someone who is scared a jealous of me, wants me to SUBMIT to his demands, you can go svck off a hundred guys for their eggs......... because as a man, that schit is not happening.........
pascal is grade A B*tchA$s..........Comment

sad fact is that CONTE has been going loop de loop around these so-called olympic-style blood tests for YEARS.
i tried using google to find athletes actually CAUGHT by these tests, but i found NONE.
maybe you would have better luck?Comment
