Was Pascal asking for OST a ***** move...

    It was imo...

Im in favour of OST during big fights but to ask for it during a press conference, months after the contracts have been negotiated and signed???

If he felt that strongly about it and believed Bernard was juicing he should have demanded it during the negotiations. It could be just his way of trying to hype the fight, which im really looking forward to after the press conference. Bernard looks mad.

I think its only a matter of time before blood testing will become the norm in big title fights...

It wasn't anymore of a ***** move than Bernard's racial tirades against white fighters, or the questioning of Pacquaio's credentials against 'slick' African Americans. Bernard hasn't been questioned on his s**t for years. It's about time somebody rilled him up.

Pascal is looking for an excuse to cover his azz once B-Hop beats him again. Sad, but very true. Recognize.

It's all about hyping the fight i guess.

But if Pascal were serious of the allegations, then asking for testing after everything's ironed out in the negotiations and suddenly request OST in the promotional stages, is just plain ******.

How is that even somewhat related? Yes, both do get people angry but being racist has no outcome of a fight. Not only is cheating with steroids potentially a very dangerous thing in a sport that men could die, it is really questioning his accomplishments and integrity. Claiming someone cheated in a sport like boxing, whether it be loaded gloves or drugs is a very serious offense. Calling someone a white boy is not.

As for Jean, yes he is in the wrong to do that. If he felt so strongly about this he needed it to be in the contract. You don't bring those kind of talks to a press conference. Really shows that he doesn't know to handle himself professionally, under the spot light.

I don't think Pascal actually believes it himself or he would have flagged it up during the negotiations. He's just trying to get Hopkins rilled up and angry.

            Racists have no integrity.

No. What Pascal is doing is - Looking for a way to justify a loss to Hopkins. That's why he screams 'take the tests' he showed himself up yesterday.

what does that have to do with anything? so bcuz hopkins said some incredibly dumb stuff several years ago that means ppl can say whatever they want about him for all eternity?

take race out of the pacquiao issue and its a question that needs to be asked for the sake of boxing. why does this guy only fight guys who stand right in front of him and try to beat him with brute force? why ever since the JMM fight does he avoid technical fighters, speed fighters, counterpunchers, guys who can move around teh ring etc. regardless of their race.

if george foreman fought nothing but joe fraziers he wouldve gon down as the greatest HW ever, but as a real champion he took on all comers. duran was a greater fighter than hearns, but if they fought ten times duran would just hit the canvas in ten different ways from the same right hand.

styles make fights, the universally recognized p4p champ only fighting one style of oponent needs to be critisized for the sake of the sport.

It looked like Pascal did demand it in the negotiations and Bernard obviously said no.
