that 10 million dollar weight penalty was no concession & you know it. if floyd & pac fought its gonna be at 147 where floyd has no problem making weight.

That's not a concession for floyd whatsoever. ****** for team pac to waste a concession on that. They did it because floyd missed weight vs marquez at a catchweight below 147. Thats what team pac missed.

Pac has never failed a steroid test while floyd has missed weight.

Erm...what? Don't fcastro1 or puga on me. The 14 days was only offered because Manny "gets weak" from a blood test 30 days out. And when 14 was offered, he flat out rejected it. But, this is pretty simple and Floyd has echoed this, even right after the Mosley fight. No test, no fight. And Manny and his team has danced around testing with no cut off. Even duping you fans into believing that silly 3 am "countdown" by Arum only to give you guys a fight with Manny against Tony. Sorry, but people claim Mayweather asking for OSTs is uncalled for and that it's the commission's job to do the testing. Well the commission also sets the required glove size for the division, but that can be changed & agreed upon in the contract.
