i read this article once when Mike Tyson himself, when observing Pac, told Roach to tone down Pac's workout since they were approaching a fight at that time.

and roach's response? "this IS toned down". or something to that effect.

And when you get done quoting Roach and Tyson, after he took that blood test for his physical, he didn't take 30, 24, 14, or 7 days to "recover" from it. He went straight back to training like a beast. Which TOTALLY conflicts with his "I get weak from blood being taken" excuse.

All Floyd has to do is sit and negotiate with Pac's team. Pac already said many many times before he will take the test even during the fight. its all on Floyds court to prove that Pac is lying right? so where is Floyd?

And that's where you should've stopped, re-read and then considered your post. Koncz is not involved in any Pacquiao negotiations, he's proven that MANY times in the recent past. This is the same guy who claimed Pacquiao-Clottey was contracted for a catchweight of 144 (despite Roach and Arum negating that, Koncz later retracted), claimed Pacquiao-Margarito was signed and sealed for Abu Dhabi, and that Pacquiao fighting in Singapore in the fall of this year was 90% complete. The man doesn't leave the Philippines without Pac and has no clue what goes on in actual talks, he just says things to make it seem he has input or say in Manny's/Arum's decisions. Many people in Pac's inner circle have indicated Cons is a pathological liar and serves no real purpose beyond leeching and trying to control Pac's affairs without his knowledge.

But if taking Cons' word over Manny HIMSELF makes you feel better, go nuts. Even though I don't see why 7 days would kill the fight either way, but that's neither here nor there

All I'm saying is, Pac has gone on record that he agreed to any test, any time in print, video, audio. All Floyd has to do is post any of those quotes on his facebook, twitter, U-Stream, lottery soda adverts, etc and let Manny know he accepts the concession and is ready to sign some papers.

Fair enough. We all believe you. Just explain one thing to me then. If Pac agrees to any test any time, just explain to me why he walked away from the initial negotiation/fight. Manny doesn't need to have a press conference. He can do it from his official website with his cameraman and videographer, Timothy James, and he can also post the video on Youtube a la Wladimir Klitschko. If Floyd still refuses to fight, then we truly know that he's ducking.
