How did he walk away when he has consistently said, no tests no fight? Its Manny who has consistently wanted a cut off when he KNOWS that won't get the fight done. And I found it hilarious how AFTER the 14 day offer was gone (and he KNEW he was gone), that he suddenly agreed to it and alot of fans rooted him on.

You dont think there are conflicting statements coming from Floyds camp?

He was supposed to face Mayweather. But chose not to over a more stringent drug test. And made a slew of excuses in the process.

Who is Mayweather supposed to be facing? Its all very well mouthing off, but who has he been fighting or going to fight in the mean time?

I stated my point on Mosley, the rest are in the top 5 (im including Cotto). With regards to Margo, you do know hes had been banned for over a 1 year, don't act ******, he might not have been a welterweight but he would still be regarded a top fighter 150 or below. And i reiterate my point, I would love to see Floyd fight Clottey, Margo or Cotto.

Again, after Manny said "i've agreed to all his demands", Koncz came right after that and said they only agreed to 7 days. Why respond when Manny's own team in conflict on what was agreed upon? Think here for a second.

Which goes all the way back back to my original point, even at 7 days, it better the what Floyd once offered, if Floyd never offered the 14 days, then i migth be able to get behind him in his stance, but he looks silly in doing so in the first place, and now better offers have been put forward, Floyd has not commented. How hard is it for Floyd make a commet on twitter or facebook, he has time to post videos of Mannys fights that he has lost or make racsist rants but not a simple line over what Koncz or Manny himself has said, hmmm...

Because the testing stipulations are quite simple. No tests no fight. If Manny takes the tests with NO CUT OFF (like they are intended to be taken) then, there is a fight. Heck, even the USADA has stated that they won't test within 48 hours of the fight. So, Manny should get on board.

But $50m, $50m! Your best career pay day, "easy money", "easy fight". He once found 14 days acceptable to offer, now its not? That not really a statement to the fans to make a clean fight is it? Try to understand that.
He could quite easily do the fight, "whoop" pac, collect his purse and even say, "hey look, i beat a guy who may well be on drugs", it was "easy money, easy work".

Its not that hard to understand. Pac refused a 14 day cutoff last Jan. ducked Floyd and fought Clottey. Obviously if a fighter is negotiating with another fighter then refuses to except a reasonable offer, it is easy to understand why that offer is no longer under consideration. After Floyd whooped Shane he made it clear that if Pac signs a contract agreeing to random testing with no cut off the fight can happen. We all waited patiently but Pac never agreed to testing with no cut off. This fact was confirmed on 24/7 yet the idiots still say Floyd's ducking. Pac ran from the gift of a 14 day cut off and now all of a sudden its Floyd who's scared. It still amazes me that this is all over a simple test that most likely will not be administered within 14 day of the fight anyways. Pac needs to stop making excuses and stop delaying this fight. No one cares what comes out of Pac mouth the only thing that counts is whats agreed to in the contract. Hows there gonna be 'negotiations' when there was nothing left to negotiate! The only thing left to do was for Pac to agree to random testing with no cut off date.
